Who I am Mindful Internetpreneur is a website and small business operated by **Mindful Internetpreneur**. You can reach me at **[support@mindfulinternetpreneur.com](mailto:support@mindfulinternetpreneur.com)**. --- ### 2. What you’re buying When you purchase a digital product from this site, you’re buying a **personal, non-exclusive license** to use that product. You’re not buying ownership of the product itself. For the **Divine Frequency Player**, that means: you can use it for yourself, on any device you own. You cannot resell it, share it publicly, redistribute it, or claim it as your own. --- ### 3. Digital delivery All products on this site are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. You’ll receive an email with your access instructions. Because delivery is instant, refunds are handled per my **[Refund Policy](https://mindfulinternetpreneur.com/refund-policy/)**. --- ### 4. Wellness disclaimer Some products on this site — including the Divine Frequency Player — are wellness tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The Solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats offered are for **relaxation, meditation, and general wellness purposes**. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. --- ### 5. Affiliate links Some pages on this site contain affiliate links. If you purchase through one, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed on the relevant pages and in my **[Affiliate Disclosure](https://mindfulinternetpreneur.com/affiliate-disclosure/)**. I only recommend products I believe in. But I can’t guarantee your experience with any third-party product — that’s between you and the merchant. --- ### 6. Acceptable use Please don’t: - Use this site for anything illegal - Attempt to access accounts or systems you don’t own - Copy, resell, or redistribute products you’ve purchased - Use my content without permission If you violate these terms, I may revoke your access without refund. --- ### 7. Limitation of liability I do my best to make this site and its products useful and reliable. But I can’t guarantee they’ll work perfectly in every situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. --- ### 8. Intellectual property All content on this site — text, images, code, product design — is owned by me or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without written consent. --- ### 9.
